fantastic stay
clean room comfy bed attentive staff perfect location
the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. the staff was attentive to my needs, especially kusum who helped me with my breakfast when my husband was ill. the location was perfect for accessing nearby monuments and connaught place was at a walkable distance.
the pool area looked somewhat unkempt .

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety and the staff was very helpful with special requests like preparing a tray to take to my room when my husband couldn't join me. the dining area was spacious and the food tasted delicious. masala tea could be self-service for convenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Sakshi ensured our stay met all expectations. The breakfast offered a rich assortment of choices (I liked the omelets).

My room felt somewhat outdated, this gave off a less appealing vibe. i noticed a slight layer of dust on some surfaces. It was a bit surprising. the gym is quite basic and has limited equipment..

central location indian options excellent service
i appreciated the hotel's central location i found it easy to access various points of interest. the breakfast offered a large variety of dishes i was particularly impressed with the indian options. the staff provided excellent service i found them very attentive to all my needs.

The hotel's central location was a definite advantage. It allowed for easy access to key areas. The staff managed my late checkout request efficiently with no problems! The reception desk, especially Ms. Kiranjeet, showed warm courtesy. I found that they maintained their services well.
